Cancellations prior to arrival:
Less than 7 days forfeit the full deposit
From 7 - 14 days forfeit 75% of the deposit
From 14 - 21 days forfeit 50% of the deposit
From 21 - 28 days forfeit 25% of the deposit

Directions from Cape Town
(If you travel at a general speed of R120/h - Villa blu is 1 hour's drive from the Cape Town Airport.)

Take the N2 from Cape Town towards George. ( 45km from Somerset West to Botriver) Pass over Sir Lowry`s Pass. Drive straight. After
about +- 20 minutes (you will pass Grabouw) you will pass over the Houw Hoek Pass. As you come down this pass Botriver will be on you Left hand
side and shortly after you will see a turn off to Hermanus R43 to your left. - Take this off Ramp Carry along straight along the R43 Hermanus
31km to Hermanus *You will pass the Kleinmond turn. Pass Fisherhaven, Hawston, Vermont, Onrus and the Sandbaai. After the Sandbaai / Hemel en
Aarde Traffic Lights you will pass through two more sets of lights to find yourself in the centre of Hermanus. Continue along the main road all the
way through the centre of Hermanus, pass the Golf Course on your left. You will go halfway around the traffic circle and continue for
another kilometre. Pass the Grotto Beach Sign at 10th Ave, the next road to cross the main road is 13th Ave. You will see Villa Blu on your
right, but turn right into 13th Ave and immediately right again to find Villa Blu at nr 234 8th Street.
Directions from Franschoek
From Franschoek take the R45 towards Villiersdorp (24km). You will reach the Theewaterskloof Dam.
OPTION 1: Turn Left and drive VIA Villersdorp. Then take the R43 towards Botriver. (You will turn onto the N2 for a short while) Take the R43
Hermanus - as *above from Cape Town.
OPTION 2: Turn right onto the R 321 towards Grabouw. You will reach a stop street. Turn Left Towards Hermanus. You will pass over the Houw
Hoek Pass. As you come down this pass Botriver will be on you Left hand side and shortly after you will see a turn off to Hermanus R43 to your

Directions from Knysna
Take the N2 in the direction of Cape Town. Once
you have passed the town of Riviersonderend look
out for a sign on your left hand side towards Hermanus
R326 - 74km. Turn Left follow the road until
you reach STANFORD. You will reach a stop street
(there will be a small garage on the right in front
of you and on the left a farm stall) Turn RIGHT
before going into Stanford.( 33km) Follow this road
straight into Hermanus. As you enter Hermanus you
will see the caravan park on your right. Continue
for another 1km. Look out for 15th Ave
and turn left into 13th Ave, and immediately right
to find Villa Blu at nr 234 8th Street.
Driving in South Africa
In South Africa the vehicles are right hand drive and have to drive on the left of the road.
Wearing a seat-belt is compulsory.
Hands-free kits should be used for mobile phone use while driving.
Watch out for animals when driving in rural areas.
Distances and speed limits are always stated in kilometers.
Petrol stations are not self help and it is customary to tip the attendants roughly R5.00
and only South African Petrol Cards and cash are accepted - no credit cards.
